A Little About Us...
Maid U Smile was founded in June 2021 with one clear purpose: to help people.
Before starting this company, I was pursuing a degree in Social Work with a focus in mental health and substance abuse. When COVID shifted the direction of my plans, I found myself at a crossroads — but my desire to support and help others never left. Instead of walking away from that calling, I built something new.
With over 10 years of professional cleaning experience and a background rooted in mental health, I recognized something many people overlook: a clean home is deeply connected to emotional well-being. Stress, burnout, busy schedules, and life transitions can make it difficult to keep up with household responsibilities — and too often, people feel embarrassed to ask for help.
As a mother, I understand the chaos of everyday life — the toys, the laundry, the endless to-do lists, and the constant balancing act. I know firsthand how quickly a home can feel overwhelming when you’re managing work, family, and everything in between.
That’s why Maid U Smile was built differently.
From the very beginning, my goal has been to create a company centered around respect, compassion, and judgment-free service. I genuinely love what I do — from caring for each home I step foot into, to building relationships with the families and businesses we serve.
What started as a one-person operation has grown into a trusted local company serving over 180 recurring clients and completing cleanings in more than 600 homes throughout Western New York. I never originally intended to have employees — but the mission resonated. Today, we remain proudly local, intentionally personal, and deeply connected to the community we serve.
Mental health has always been the foundation — the method simply changed.
Our mission is simple: provide exceptional, high-quality cleaning with care and understanding — and always leave you with a smile.
Life can feel overwhelming. Your home shouldn’t add to that. We're here to help ease that burden, so you can breathe a little easier and focus on what matters most.
